About the role

 

The Senior People Consulting Specialist is a key member of the People Consulting team, supporting the design, implementation and continuous improvement of people programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness and workforce outcomes.

The role partners with leaders, HR colleagues and Centers of Excellence to deliver employee-centric solutions across the employee lifecycle. Combining strong HR expertise, project management capabilities and data-driven decision-making, the Senior People Consulting Specialist helps shape a positive employee experience while supporting business priorities and organizational growth.

Working closely with HR Business Partners, People Experience Partners, HR Operations and broader People teams, the role contributes to the development of a modern, innovative and people-centered organization.

 

How you will contribute

 

  • Support the design and execution of people initiatives across employee experience, engagement, talent and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify workforce challenges and recommend people solutions.
  • Analyze employee feedback, engagement surveys, workforce trends and people metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Coordinate and support talent management activities, including development, succession planning, career growth and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and culture-related programs.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives from a people perspective.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and improve employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deploy talent, learning, rewards and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support implementation and adoption of digital HR technologies, employee listening platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements based on employee and business feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of people analytics, workforce insights and reporting materials for leadership teams.
  • Promote a One HR mindset by fostering collaboration, standardization and best-practice sharing across teams.

 

Skills and qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Consulting, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, Talent Management or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing HR or people-related projects in a complex and matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness principles.
  • Experience using workforce data, employee feedback and people analytics to support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of talent management, career development, performance management and change management practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Strong project management, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance operational execution with continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Experience working with HR technologies, digital platforms and AI-enabled tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience working in regional or global organizations is preferred.
