About the role

The HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor who partners with senior business leaders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership enablement, talent management and change initiatives that support sustainable business growth.

As a senior member of the People Consulting team, the HR Business Partner serves as a key connector between business leadership, Centers of Excellence and broader HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions and workforce strategies.

How you will contribute

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and talent management.
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development discussions.
• Support large-scale transformation, restructuring and change initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, employee relations and organizational effectiveness matters.
• Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to influence strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent, learning, rewards and mobility solutions.
• Drive inclusion, engagement and high-performance culture initiatives.
• Identify organizational risks and develop proactive people solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of People Consulting practices and future workforce strategies.

Skills and qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic business partnering responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Ability to leverage people analytics to drive business decisions.
• Advanced stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Experience in regional or global environments preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
